Imagine the sad reality of this country going on right now and you'll possibly get exhausted to death out of thinking about it . Something that started as a fleeting imperil has now turned into such a disaster /crisis for everyone in the country.
I am failing to understand what is going on and what is the government doing ? (Apart from coming on news channel debates and blaming each other )
I don't think I am capable enough to write about this in the best and most lucid manner possible but I'll try to do so to the best of my abilities so that, you , my readers don't feel as if reading this was a waste of your time which is something of utmost importance especially right now .
Initially when this pandemic started , I thought to myself that I'll never write a blog about this one cuz there's already so much distress , fear and negativity spreading around . But the apocalypse that this country is in right now has brought me here .
The most important thing to do right now is to find sustainable solutions but that's nowhere near to what I can see our government doing .
centre blaming the state , state doing vice versa and that's all .... I can't understand how in the midst of a havoc like this parties are busy in advertising, defending their 'image'.
Mr.Modi and his government or the 'central government' needs a special mention here .
An Australian cricketer Andrew Tye was amazed how India is busy conducting cricket leagues while the most crucial need of the hour is to improvise the medical infrastructure of the country . Rather than using those open space cricket grounds to turn them into basic centres with a bed and oxygen and provide relief to the less critical patients , meanwhile also creating more resources for the ones who are comparitively more critical , they're carrying out some useless cricket leagues and stuffing their pockets .
What could be more sad than this , where people are dying out of lack of covid relief resources and the leaders who should be working towards this are busy naming cricket stadiums and securing their progeny's future and making the directors of boards .
The supreme court is questioning the Central Government every other day and still I can't quite comprehend or see any 'major' progress happening.
They announce the opening of vaccination for 18+ age groups but vaccination centres aren't open . State governments say they aren't getting sufficient resources from the centre .
According to the government’s COVID-19 tracker, 2,771 people died from COVID-19 on Monday, bringing the number of India’s total fatalities from the virus to 197,894 people.
In New Delhi, a city of 21 million people, more than 1,795 people died this week.
Experts say that the real death count far exceeds official figures.
Never in the history of India did crematoriums got lined up with dead bodies, people have to take a token amd wait in line for their turn ... Cadavers are getting cremated in animal crematoriums .
Poeple are falling short of shoulders to lift those corpses .
Moreover, India’s graveyards and crematoriums are overwhelmed with deaths from COVID-19, and dozens of cremators are trying to manage the surge. India’s overworked and underpaid crematorium workers, who often face caste-based discrimination as Dalits, are the invisible warriors of India’s COVID-19 crisis. But very little/negligible credit , attention and importance of safety measures is provided to them by government.
And I'm pretty sure that our Government must be meticulously waiting for the West Bengal polls while thousands of people are dying out of "lack of/poor infrastructure"
Also, talking about West Bengal , which was in a phase of silence before the storm situation till now , every second person getting tested for covid 19 is testing positive . (after the elections and campaigning took place )
Also , India refused UN aid. They didn't even give a proper response and the UN general himself told this .
We all are aware of how the Indian government is shutting down tweets that aim to point out faults in the system .

This man in the top right corner is Sambit Patra, the clown of all clowns , such a hypocrite and a liar it makes me sick .
I just pray god gives them the serenity and wisdom to understand the dire needs of the country and contemplate and work on them .
This is actually a very sad and unfortunate reality of our country , every aspect get's politicized here.
Health is a part of the concurrent list but that doesn't mean that the state can magically create resources on it's own without help from centre.
If our country's government cannot understand this basic fact then I don't know how our future in this country is going to look like or how it's going to be any better than this .
"Hell is empty and all the devils are here "
~William Shakespeare
.
.
Not only the government is responsible but the public / mass itself needs to reconsider their political choices and attain some scientific temperament if we really aspire for a better future for this country .
After all , a democratic government is for the people , from the people and of the people .
Us being citizens definitely need to be the most responsible , observant and profound versions of ourselves keeping aside the devastations we're facing every other day !
I hope all of you are safe and sound and pray for y'all to stay so .
Thank you for reading me out patiently ,
and a gentle reminder : I'm always open to healthy criticism , rectifications and genuine reviews in general for anything and everything I write .
